Akihabara: the electronic town!

And for the last post, may be the best one! For me, Akihabara was my favorite place! In fact I said that because it's so different from everything I've ever seen in Europe, in China, in America and so on.

I really enjoy Japan, the Japanese and their culture. Tokyo is so amazing! My stay here was for me a real opportunity to learn more about a new environment, a new way of living.

It's like in american westerns! I had never seen that before! It's so crazy, so weird, but so staggering!

Also the maid cafes: just wonderful! In Akihabara we went in the "Fille" maid cafe ;) (in french "fille" means "girls")
And for the conclusion... just a little surprise... yeah I know I'm crazy to put this picture on my blog... however we live just one life, so what's the matter? Let's have fun :)

Unfortunatly when we arrived to Ryogoku, all theplaces where we could have seen Sumos where closed... In fact the sumos had left Ryogoku by train 15minutes before... :(But, we saw one on its bicycle :D!

Asakusa: the traditional Japan 3

In Asakusa there is a famous covered market where you can find everything for souvenirs or to eat!
That's the cook for japanese pastries. He is puting red beans paste in the pastry. After it will be heated up and sold.
It was crazy! I've found the "cafe de Longchamp" in the middle of nowhere! In Paris my appartment was near the Longchamp avenue! Hihi you are evrywhere at home ;)
I've also find a baseball or football field! Here you can mainly see the wire fence!

Asakusa: the traditional Japan 2

Good Luck! You can do it!!!!!!!

In Asakusa you can find this huge temple, and also women in kimonos. Here you can see this strange but great contrast between the traditional Japan and the modernity. Yes, in fact these young japanese girls have Sony cameras in their hands. With my friends, we have made a photo with them ;)

It's a man working the wood to make toys and other stuffs.
That's me! There was a place in Asakusa that looked like Hollywood! I didn't understood who was the stars, appart from me ;) hihi... It's all written in japanese, the signatures also...

Asakusa: the traditional Japan 1

This time, I'm going to present to you Asakusa. It's a north east place in central Tokyo.
I went there on a sunny day, and I really enjoyed walking through the little streets .

I felt like in China. Asakusa represents for me the traditional Japan, as I'm going to show you after.

You can also find this wonderful sculture: an other flame. It's in front of the Asahi Building.
